Luxury cruise operator Emerald Cruises has announced the return of its award-winning yacht, Emerald Azzurra, to the Caribbean for the Winter 2025-2026 season.
From December 2025 to March 2026, Emerald Azzurra will join her sister, Emerald Sakara, to offer exclusive voyages across some of the region’s most sought-after destinations, meeting the continued strong demand for luxury yacht experiences.
The decision to redeploy Emerald Azzurra comes in response to the overwhelming success of the brand’s yacht cruises and growing demand for more intimate, luxury sailing experiences. This change replaces the previously planned Red Sea and Seychelles itineraries, allowing both yachts to focus on providing exceptional Caribbean experiences. During the same season, sister yacht Emerald Sakara will also sail weekly throughout the Caribbean between Bridgetown, Barbados and Marigot, St. Martin.

On board Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara, guests can explore the most secluded beaches and serene swimming spots across the Caribbean. The capacity of 100 guests creates an exclusive atmosphere and allows the yachts to stop at ports that larger ships are not able to visit. Guests can make the most of swimming in the Caribbean Sea from the yacht’s Marina Platform, with use of marina toys such as snorkelling kits, kayaks, and SEABOB water scooters.

Caribbean Yachting Hideaways
On the eight-day ‘Caribbean Yachting Hideaways’’ itinerary, guests will sail to Culebra, famous for its crystal-clear waters and white-sand beaches. The nearby coastal town of Esperanza on Vieques Island has a bustling social scene along its picturesque waterfront, as does Cruz Bay on St. John Island, where guests can take in the laidback island lifestyle. The itinerary goes on to explore the British Virgin Islands with a stop off in Jost van Dyke for a beach BBQ with live music and Virgin Gorda – renowned for its natural beach grottoes. In Gustavia, the former holiday residence of King Gustav III, guests can see the island’s old wooden houses and relax on its long beaches. Prices start from £3,517 per person based on a 6 December 2025 departure, including flights, transfers, meals and excursions.

Caribbean Yachting Discovery

Next, guests can visit Îles des Saintes, a group of small islands with historic stone buildings such as Fort Napoleon, an impressive fortress originally constructed for defence against British invasions. The next port of call, Deshaies, is a charming town on the island of Guadeloupe with vibrant markets. The tour continues to two of the British Virgin Islands, with a visit to the caves and grottoes of Norman Island and the towering islands of Virgin Gorda. Prices start from £3,517 per person based on a 13 December 2025 departure, including flights, transfers, meals and excursions.
